An individual consultant’s services will be procured under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) project by the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) for the position of IT System Management Expert (Professional Support). Pulse is funded by the World Bank to improve land record systems in Punjab and this is a PULSE position. The IT consultant will also support IT system management and infrastructure handling in professional capacity.
It will help in developing, managing and maintaining IT systems relating to land records, as the hired IT consultant will do it.
